Chapter 4: Screw Attack

Use the space jump to go up and through the tunnel to the left. Step on the switch to engage the auxiliary power. Go left 1 room to enter the Navigation Room and use the console. Take 2 more doors on the left. Then use the space jump to go up and enter the small space in the left wall that's blocked by roots. Continue left to enter Sector 2. Drop down in this room and freeze SA-X to run past her. Continue through 2 doors on the left. Go to left and shoot through the floor that's just in front of the door to drop down and take the door on the left.

Use the space jump to reach the first ledge on the left. Then shoot the floor to fall back down to the left and take the door on the left. Continue through another door on the left. In this room, go to the left a little bit and then use the space jump to go up through the gap in the ceiling. Shoot the wall on the right side of this gap to progress right toward a Power Bomb Expansion.

Continue upward in the room and take the top right door. Head through 2 more doors on the right. Shoot the ceiling in this room to go up. Proceed to the top right corner of the room and defeat the Eyedoor. Progress through this door to encounter the next boss, Nettori. This is a straightforward boss and you just have to hit it with a bunch of missiles.

After defeating Nettori, absorb the X to get the Plasma Beam.

Take the door on the right. Fall all the way down and head through the door on the left. Continue through another door on the left. Go all the way up in this room and take the door on the right. Go through the hidden small space in the middle of the right wall in this room. In this room, use a power bomb to reveal a hidden Energy Tank.

Return through the small space and then take 2 doors on the left. Go through the small space in this room. Then go up and take the blue hatch door on the right. Use a power bomb to reveal a small space on the right wall. Go through it to find a Missile Expansion.

Return through the small space and take the door on the left. Head back to the Navigation Room and use the console. Head left and take the elevator up. Go left through 4 doors and take the elevator down. Then head right and use the console in the Navigation Room. Take 3 doors on the right. Then drop all the way down and take the door on the right. Continue through 6 more doors on the right. Shoot the floor to fall into the water. Hug the left wall and use a missile to find a hidden small space. Enter it to go to the next room. Use the ball jump ability in this room to reach the Energy Tank.

Return to the previous room. Fall all the way down and take the door on the right. Run all the way to the right. Then jump on the ledge and take the door on the left. Go up in this room and take the door on the right. Shoot the ceiling in the middle of the room to go up and take the damaged door on the left. Use a power bomb in this room to find a Power Bomb Expansion.

Return to the previous room. Progress to the top right corner of the room. Use a power bomb to find a hidden small space. Go through it and use another power bomb to find a Power Bomb Expansion.

Take the damaged door to the right, the one just below the door in the top right corner. Go to the top right corner of the room and defeat the Eyedoor. Take that door. Do not go through the visible small space. Use a bomb on the upper right wall to find a hidden small space. Use that to reach the Energy Tank.

Fall through the floor to find the next boss, Nightmare. At the start of the fight, damage Nightmare's cannon that's in between its arms with charged beam attacks. After the cannon is destroyed, Nightmare's face will be exposed. Climb on the wall and hit it with missiles until Nightmare is destroyed.

After defeating Nightmare, absorb the X to get the Gravity Suit.

Take the bottom left door. Continue through 2 more doors on the left. Fall down and take the door on the right. Drop down in the room, build up a speed boost, and head through the door on the right. Break the 2 pillars of speed boost blocks in this room. Then go in between these 2 pillars and use an upward speed boost jump to find a Power Bomb Expansion.

Fall back through the floor and continue right through the next room. Continue through another door on the right. Drop down and take the door just below the Save Station. Progress all the way to the right to find a Missile Expansion.

Return to the previous room. Go to the wall that's directly opposite of the door and go through the hidden small space to the next room. Here you'll find a Power Bomb Expansion.

Return to the previous room. Fall all the way down and take the left door. Use a missile on the left side of the glass tube to go up. Use bombs to find a hidden small space in the top right corner of the room. Go through it to find a Power Bomb Expansion.

Go to the top left corner to enter the next room. Run to the left and use a power bomb to drop down 1 level. Use a bomb on the 2nd block from the right to continue falling all the way into the Security Room. Step on the switch to activate red hatches. Take the door on the right. Jump onto the first small ledge on the right and enter the hidden small space in the wall. Defeat all the enemies in this room and take the door in the bottom right corner. Use a power bomb to find an Energy Tank.

Return to the previous room. Then head through the small space on the left. Go all the way up and take the red hatch on the right. Continue through 2 doors on the right. Use a power bomb to fall through the floor of the glass tube and find a Missile Expansion.

Go back up and take the door on the right. Go all the way up and take the door in the top right corner. Continue through 1 more door on the right. Progress through the door in the top right corner of the room. Continue through 1 more door on the right, building a speed boost. Use the speed boost to destroy the enemy blocking the path. Continue to the right and fall down the gap, taking you to the room below. Run all the way to the left of this room. Then run right, building a speed boost. Use an upward boost jump through the gap that you fell through to reach a Power Bomb Expansion.

Run back to the left and grab the Missile Expansion.

Go all the way to the right and fall through the floor. Take the door on the right. Go up in this room and take the first door on the left. Continue through another door on the left. Drop down and take the door on the right to find the Data Room, which has Diffusion Missiles.

Head left 2 rooms. Shoot the left wall in this room to find a Missile Expansion.

Return to the previous room. Then climb up and take the door on the left. Continue through 2 more doors on the left. Use a power bomb to reveal a hidden small space just to the left of the door you entered through. Fall down and use another pwer bomb to find a Power Bomb Expansion.

Go back up and take the door on the right. Continue through another door on the right. Take the door in the top right corner of the room. Return to the Navigation Room and use the console. Go right and take the elevator up. Take the door on the right and go down the elevator. Head right to use the console. Go through 4 doors on the right. Progress to the bottom right corner and shoot the wall to find a hidden small space. Use a power bomb in the next room and use the top small space to reach an Energy Tank.

Return to the previous room and take the door in the top right corner. Continue through another door on the right. Fall down and take the first door on the left. Use a power bomb on the left wall and go through the door on the left. Go down and take the door on the right. Fall through the pitfall blocks and take the door on the left. Progress to the bottom left door and head through. Fall down and shoot the floor to go through the red hatch door on the left.

Run all the way to the barrier, then return through the door on the right. Go up and take the top right door. Continue through the door on the right to find the next boss, Security Robot B.O.X. Use a power bomb to reveal a railing on the ceiling. The robot can be damaged by shooting missiles down onto its head.

After defeating the robot, absorb the X to get the Wave Beam.

Head through the door on the right. Then immediately return to the room the boss was in. Continue through 2 doors on the left. Shoot through the left floor and take the door in the bottom left corner. Use the wave beam to shoot the switch. Then go through the small space. Fall downward and take the door on the left. Continue through 4 doors on the left. Go up and take the door on the right.

After the room with the Metroids shakes, return through the door on the left. Drop down and take the door on the right. Go all the way up and take the top right door. After the cutscene, go right to the Navigation Room and use the console. Head right and take the elevator up. Go through the door on the right. Jump up and use a diffusion missile against the 2nd right wall to find an Energy Tank.

Continue through the door in the top right corner. Proceed through another door on the right. Shoot the floor to fall into the next room. Defeat the enemies and head through the door on the right to find a Power Bomb Expansion.

Return to the previous room and jump through the ceiling. Continue all the way up using a power bomb and take the door in the top left corner. Use a bomb on the left wall. Then defeat the golden enemies to proceed through the door on the left. Fall down and take the door on the left. Defeat the Eyedoor and head through to find the next boss, Neo-Ridley. Ridley's main attacks are grabbing Samus and shooting fireballs. The best way to damage Ridley is to shoot it with missiles.

After defeating Neo-Ridley, defeat the X to get the Screw Attack.
