Chapter 5: Finale

Go up and through 2 doors on the right. Go up and take the first door on the right. Continue through the door on the right. Use a bomb on the bottom right corner of the room to go down. Take the door on the right that's accessed via the small space in the wall. Proceed through another door on the right. Use the screw attack to go down and take the door on the right. Shoot the right walls to progress through this room and take the door on the right.

Go up in this room and take the door on the right. Continue through another door on the right. Go up and take the door on the left. Head through 2 more doors on the left. Drop down and take the bottom left door. Proceed left into the Save Station. Then build up a speed boost while running through 2 doors on the right. This will destroy the blocks on the right wall and take you into the next room.

Return to the Save Station and build up another boost. Store the boost, fall into the water, and use an upward boost jump to go up the right side of the room. Shoot the top left corner of the wall to find a Power Bomb Expansion.

Return to the Save Station. Build up and store a speed boost while running right 2 rooms. Take the top left door. Run to the left side of the room. Then use an upward boost jump to reach an Energy Tank.

Take the door in the top right corner. Go up and use a diffusion missile on the top left corner of the wall. Go through the small space to enter the next room, which has a Missile Expansion.

Return to the previous room and take the door on the right. Continue through 2 more doors on the right. Then go up and take the door on the right. In the Save Station, shoot the right wall to go through a small space. Go all the way up in this room to find a Missile Expansion.

Go back to the Save Station. Head through 2 more doors on the left. Then go up and take the first door on the left. Continue through 2 doors on the left. Proceed to the left to find a Missile Expansion.

Continue all the way to the left to find another Missile Expansion.

Fall into the lava. Roll through the hidden small space on the right to find one more Missile Expansion.

Take the door in the bottom left corner of the room. Go up and through the hidden small space in the top left corner to take the left door. Head left through the glass tube and another door. Use the screw attack and speed boost to cross the room and reach a Missile Expansion.

Fall down and take the door on the left, building a speed boost. Immediately after entering, use a left speed boost jump to go through the wall. Then use a power bomb to fall through the floor and find an Energy Tank.

Go back up and through the small space in the left wall to find a Power Bomb Expansion.

Fall down and take the small space on the left. Head through the bottom right door. Head right 1 more room while building a speed boost. Fall through the floor. Then use a power bomb to go through the small space in the top left corner of the wall. Proceed to the left to find a Power Bomb Expansion.

Take the door on the right. Fall all the way down and take the door on the left. Continue through another door on the left. Use a power bomb to find a small space in the bottom left corner of the lava. Proceed to the right, fall all the way down, go to the left, then climb up to find a Power Bomb Expansion.

Return upward and take the bottom right door. Continue through 2 doors on the right. Shoot the top of the middle platform to find a Missile Expansion.

Shoot the bottom right wall, then take the door on the right. Go into the lava and run right. When you reach the right wall, go up to find an Energy Tank.

Take the small space at the top of the room to reach a Missile Expansion.

Go back into the lava. Destroy the bottom right wall with the screw attack. Then build a speed boost as you run into the next room on the right. Use an upward speed boost jump to reach a Power Bomb Expansion.

After you reach the top of the room, drop back down to the first ledge on the left. Use the screw attack to get the Power Bomb Expansion.

Go all the way up and take the door on the left. Continue through another room on the left. Use the screw attack to go through the wall, then take the door on the left. Drop down and take the small space to the left to enter the next room. Go to the left side of the room and take the 2nd door from the bottom. Take 1 more door on the left to find a Missile Expansion.

Use a power bomb to destroy the left wall. Build a speed boost and use an upward boost jump on the left side of he room to find an Energy Tank.

Fall all the way down. Use the screw attack to go through the floor and take the door on the left. Shoot the ceiling next to the door to find a Power Bomb Expansion.

Go through the glass tube and take the door on the left. Use the screw attack to through the ceiling. Go all the way up to the top level. Then shoot the middle of the floor to find a Power Bomb Expansion.

Fall down to the door you entered through. Then use the screw attack to go through the floor and take the damaged door on the left. Continue through 1 more door on the left. Go up to the top left corner of the room. Open the door, but don't go through. Use the area to the right of the door to build a speed boost. At the top of the slope, use a left speed boost jump to go into the next room and get a Missile Expansion.

The speed boost will continue through the wall, leading you to a Power Bomb Expansion.

Return to the previous room and take the bottom left door. Use the screw attack to reach the Missile Expansion in the top right corner.

Go through 2 doors on the left. Jump up through the bottom of the platform to get the Missile Expansion.

Use the screw attack to go through the left wall and take the door on the left. Go through the glass tube and take the door on the left. Use the screw attack to go through the wall. Then drop down and take the first door on the right. Continue through another door on the right. Use a power bomb to go through a small space in the wall where you'll find a Missile Expansion.

Go through 2 doors on the left. Fall down and take the first door on the left. Open the left door, but don't go through. Build up a speed boost and then use a left speed boost jump to go through the left door. This will take you into the next room and through another door on the left. In this room, use the top platform to build a speed boost. Then fall down and use a side speed boost jump to get the Power Bomb Expansion.

Fall all the way down in this room. Build up and store a speed boost. With the boost stored, use the screw attack to reach the Power Bomb Expansion.

Go through the door in the top right corner. Take the bottom right door. Fall through the pitfall blocks and take the bottom door on the left. Continue through another door on the left. Use the screw attack to go down and take the red hatch door on the left. Proceed through the small space on the left into the next room. Head through 3 doors on the left, building a speed boost. Use the speed boost to jump through the ceiling and reach a Power Bomb Expansion.

Head through 3 doors on the right. Go up and take the small space into the next room. Take another door on the right. Go through the door in the top right corner of this room. Continue through 2 more doors on the right. Then shoot the switch to get the Missile Expansion.

Use the screw attack to go through the ceiling next to the door. Use a power bomb to reveal a Power Bomb Expansion in the top right corner.

Take the top left door. Continue through another door on the left. Go up and take the top right door. Continue through 2 more doors on the right, building a speed boost. In this room, use a right speed boost to reach the door directly to the right. Head through this door. Use bombs on the platforms in here to create a runway which will all you to build a speed boost and reach an Energy Tank.

Create another speed boost as you go into the room on the left. Go up and take the top left door. Head through 2 more doors on the left. Use the screw attack to go through the bottom left wall and take the door there. Go through the glass tube and the door on the left. Take the small space into the next room. Fall into the water. Use the screw attack to go through the bottom right floor and take the door on the left.

Head through the glass tube and take the door on the left. Go through the wall, then head up and through the blue hatch door on the left. Use the screw attack to go through the wall in the top left corner of the security room. Then take the door on the left. Go to the top left corner of this room to find an Energy Tank.

Fall down 1 level to find a Power Bomb Expansion.

Take the door on the right. Then go through the bottom right door. Drop down and take the door on the left. Continue through another door on the left. Take the door that's just below the Recharge Room. Progress to the left to find a Missile Expansion.

Use the screw attack to go through the left wall and take the door on the left. Head through the glass tube and take the door on the left. Go through the small space in the top left corner to find a Power Bomb Expansion.

Go back through the glass tube and take 2 doors on the right. Head through the small space in the bottom right corner of the room. Use the screw attack to find a small space in the top right corner, which leads to a Missile Expansion.

Fall back down and take the bottom left door. Continue through 1 more door on the left. Drop down and take the first door on the left. Use a diffusion missile to freeze the enemies so you can reach the Power Bomb Expansion.

Fall through the pitfall block on the left to find another Power Bomb Expansion.

Return to the previous room. Fall down and take the first door on the left. Cross the water to find a Missile Expansion.

Fall into the water and take the door on the left. Use the screw attack to go through the wall and grab the Missile Expansion.

Go through 2 doors on the right. Then jump up and take the first door on the right. Continue through another door on the right. Go down through the first floor and take the first door on the right. Continue through 3 more doors on the right. Use the screw attack in the top right corner of the wall and take the door on the right. Drop down and use the bottom floor to build and store a speed boost. On the left side of the room, jump up once and use a right speed boost jump to find a Missile Expansion.

Build and store another speed boost. Use the speed boost to go up the platforms and reach the Power Bomb Expansion.

Return back to the Save Station. Take the door on the left. Go up and take the door on the left. Use the screw attack to go up and take the top right door. Continue through another door on the right. Go up in this room onto the first ledge on the right. Head through the hidden small space in the bottom right corner to enter a Recharge Room. Return to the previous room, fall all the way down, and take the bottom right door.

Continue through 2 more doors on the right. Head through the small space in the top right corner. In the Central Reactor Core, take the top left door. Go up and take the red hatch door. Go up and take the top left door. Continue through another door on the left. Go up and take the top right door. Enter the hidden small space in the top right corner of the wall to get the Power Bomb Expansion.

Return to the previous room. Drop down and take the first door on the right. Continue through 2 doors on the right. Go all the way up and take the door on the right. Use the console in the Navigation Room. After the cutscene, use the console again.

Take the door on the right. Go up and take the door on the right. Take the elevator up, then go through the door on the left to encounter SA-X. At the start of the fight, keep hitting SA-X with diffusion missiles until it grows and enters the second phase of the fight. Then hit SA-X with charged beam attacks until it's defeated. Hit the X parasite with diffusion missiles until it's defeated.

Take the top left door to enter the Operations Room. Step on the switch to begin the 3 minute timer. Return back to the elevator and take it down. Head through 3 doors on the left. Then fall down and take the door on the left. Continue through 2 doors on the left. Drop all the way down and take the door on the right. Continue through another door on the right.

Fall all the way down and head right until you encounter the final boss, Omega Metroid. After metroid hits you, your health will go down to 1. Then SA-X will appear and give you its power, allowing you to defeat the Omega Metroid. Then the final cutscene will begin.
