Chapter 3: Torvus Bog

In Temple Transport Access, scan one of the Torvus Hanging Pods at the top of the room.

Proceed to Torvus Lagoon. Scan one of the Torvus Bearerpods by the door. Then scan the body for the S-Dly's Testament entry. Lastly, scan one of the Shredders that come out of the water. A Save Station can be found in the missile door. Then go in the water and scan the Hydlings. Head through the dark beam door.

At the Great Bridge, scan one of the Shriekers. Then scan one of the Sentinal Crystals on the far wall. Head through the missile door.

Follow the path to the Forgotten Bridge. Scan one of the Grenchlers you encounter here. They can only be damaged by shooting their backside. Then scan one of the Bloatsacs in the water. Head through the portal at the top of the room.

At the Dark Forgotten Bridge, scan one of the Dark Sentinal Crystals on the wall. Then scan one of the Ingsphere Caches at the far side of the room. Finally, scan the Dark Phlogus in the water. Use the bomb slot to move the bridge and then head back through the portal.

Scan one of the Dark Pirate Commandos you encounter. After they leave, take the bridge to find a Missile Expansion and then head through the door.

In the Abandoned Worksite, scan one of the Sporbs on the wall. Then use the small space to cross the room and head through the light beam door.

Scan the panel at the Great Bridge and use the orb cannon to go through the dark beam door. Defeat all the pirates in the Torvus Temple to get the Super Missile.

Take the elevator to the top of the temple and head through the super missile door. Scan the hologram by the energy controller to begin a cutscene. Then scan the emerald hologram for the Dark Aether entry.

Return to Torvus Temple and head through the dark beam door. Use a bomb on the middle red circle to find an Energy Tank.

Go through the super missile door. Then head through the door behind the emerald hologram. In the Underground Tunnel, you'll find a Missile Expansion hidden beneath the floor by the room's entrance. Progress through the room and scan the emerald hologram for the Our War Begins entry.

Head through the light beam door and scan one of the Pirate Commandos in Torvus Grove. After defeating them, head through the unlocked door.

Head through the portal in Meditation Vista. Scan one of the Hunter Ings in Polluted Mire.

Use the platforms to head through the dark beam door. Head to the Dark Forgotten Bridge and take the light beam door. In the Dark Torvus Arena, you'll encounter the Boost Guardian, who must be scanned now. The best way to damage it is with the light beam. When it is moving around the floor, hit it with bombs to make it stand up. Then shoot it with the light beam. After defeating it, grab the Boost Ball. Then use the boost ball in the halfpipe to get a Dark Temple Key.

Return to the Gloom Vista and head through the portal. In the Torvus Grove, use the halfpipe near the light beam door. Then use the ledges to go through the dark beam door. In Grove Access, scan the Krocuss that's in the water.

Scan the spinner in the Forgotten Bridge and then use it.

Head to and take the elevator back to Temple Grounds. Go to the Meeting Grounds and use the halfpipe to go up and through the small space to enter the Hall of Honored Dead. Use the spinners in this room to rotate the floor sections until they all light up. Doing this will give you the Seeker Launcher.

Use the seeker missile to go through the purple door, then go back to the Landing Site. Scan the body here for the M-Dhe's Testament entry.

Go to Hive Chamber A and scan the Dark Missile Trooper here, which must be scanned now. After defeating it, you'll get a Missile Expansion.

Continue to Hive Chamber B. Use a bomb on the small space in the right wall to find a Missile Expansion.

Take the elevator to Agon Wastes. Head to the save station that's next to the Main Plaza. Go into the small space and use the boost to go against the sand current. Scan the Blueroot Tree you find here.

Use the halfpipe in the Transport Center to go through the portal here. Grab the Missile Expansion that you find in the Crossroads.

Head to the Portal Site and go back to the light world. Return to the Transport Center and head through the seeker missile door. Then take the elevator to Torvus Bog. In the Torvus Temple, head through the super missile door and take the elevator down. A Save Station can be found through the missile door in Hydrodynamo Station. Scan the Preeds that are floating through the air. Then head into the water and scan one of the Bloggs. At the bottom of the water area is a hidden panel that needs to be scanned. This will extend a platform near the seeker missile door. Jump on this platform to get a Missile Expansion.

Head through the seeker missile door. Defeat the bloggs in the Training Chamber. Use the spinner to follow the red path in the floor. Scan the emerald hologram on the wall for the Recovering Energy entry. Head through the dark beam door.

In the Catacombs, scan the emerald hologram in the cage for the The New Terror entry. Enter the water and use the platforms on the far side of the room to go back up above water. Scan the body for the G-Sch's Testament entry.

Go through the dark beam door and scan the panel in Hydrodynamo Station. Then scan one of the Blogglings in the water.

Head back to Training Access and scan one of the Seedbursters here.

Go to the Training Chamber and use the blue path in the floor to go through the light beam door. In the Gathering Hall, drop into the water. On the far side of the room you'll find an emerald hologram for the New Weapons entry. Shoot the bottom of the pads on the water with the dark beam to flip them over. Go out of the water, jump across the pads, and use the bomb slot. Then enter the portal.

In the Crypt, use the platforms to use the spinner that's by the laser. Then head back through the portal. In the Gathering Hall, head out of the water, use the platforms to reach the orb cannon, and head through the light beam door. Scan the last panel in the Hydrodynamo Station, then head through the new door at the bottom of the room. Head through the door at the bottom of the Main Hydrochamber to get the Gravity Boost.

Head back into the Main Hydrochamber to encounter the Alpha Blogg, which must be scanned now. It can be damaged in the same way as normal Bloggs. After defeating it, use the gravity boost to go up the platforms and head into the Hydrodynamo Shaft. Take the portal here to find a Dark Temple Key.

Return to the light world and head to the Training Chamber. Scan one of the Dark Bloggs you encounter here.

Go to Transit Tunnel East. Use the bomb slots to reach the Energy Tank at the top of the tubes.

Continue to the Catacombs and enter the water. Use the bomb slot that's below the portal and then head through the portal. Scan one of the Dark Grenchlers that you encounter in the Dungeon.

Head through the blue door and proceed to Undertransit One. Hidden in the left side of the small space puzzle you'll find a Missile Expansion.

Continue to the Crypt. Shoot the light crystal and follow the new platforms to the light beam door. Proceed to the Undertemple Shaft and fall all the way down. Then use the kinetic orb to go all the way to the top. The missile door leads to a Save Station. Return to where you first entered and use the bomb slot in the middle pillar. Head through the blue door and continue to the Sacrificial Chamber. Here you'll find the Grapple Guardian, who must be scanned now. Shoot its eye to stun it, then quickly shoot its backside to deal damage. After defeating it, you'll get the Grapple Beam. Then scan the grapple point on the ceiling.

Return to the Crypt and head through the portal. Then take the elevator that's next to Hydrodynamo Station. Proceed to the Abandoned Worksite and use the grapple beam to reach a Missile Expansion.

Go to the Forgotten Bridge and go through the portal there. Head through the super missile door. Scan the Liftvine Crystal that's in Brooding Ground.

In the Venomous Pond, go through the small space to the left. Then use the grapple beam to reach the last Dark Temple Key.

Go through the light beam door and proceed to Dark Torvus Temple. The door to the left leads to an Ammo Station. Then head through the super missile door for an Energy Tank.

Step into the light to start the boss battle with the Chykka. All of the scans for this battle must be done now. Use the seeker missile on the cocoon to encounter the Chykka Larva. Scan the larva and the dark shredders. The larva can be damaged with beam attacks. After defeating it, scan the Adult Chykka that appears. Shoot the front of it to stun it, then grapple to get behind the Chykka and hit its wings with the seeker missile to deal damage. Once it turns into the Dark Chykka, scan it. Also scan the Chyklings that it summons. To deal damage, shoot its lower body with the light beam. After defeating it, you'll get the Dark Visor.

Use the dark visor to go to the top of the temple. Then go to the Dark Torvus Energy Controller and collect the energy. Return to the Dark Forgotten Bridge and go through the portal. Head to the Torvus Energy Controller and transfer the energy. Head to the Path of Roots. Scan the emerald hologram here for the The Ing Attack entry. Then use the grapple beam to reach a Missile Expansion.

Go to Torvus Lagoon. In the water, use the gravity boost to reach a Missile Expansion.

Take the elevator to Temple Grounds, then visit U-Mos at the Main Energy Controller. Go back to the Temple Sanctuary and go through the door behind the emerald hologram. Next to the save station in Transport A Access is a rock that can be destroyed with a bomb. Go down to find a Missile Expansion.

Take the nearby elevator and go to the Sacred Bridge. Use the dark visor and seeker missile to lower the bridge and progress to the GFMC Compound. Use the space jump to go on top of the ship and find a Missile Expansion toward the back.

Head through the door behind the emerald hologram. In Fortress Transport Access, scan the Luminoth Turret in the corridor. Then scan the violet hologram for the The Sky Temple entry. Take the elevator down to Sanctuary Fortress.
