Chapter 4: Power Bomb

Go left 2 rooms. Use a bomb to take the bottom right small space. Fall down and take the door on the left. Defeat the metroid in this room. Go right 2 rooms. Use the screw attack to jump up and find a Super Missile Expansion.

Drop down the left side of the room. Then jump up and use the screw attack to find a Missile Expansion.

Jump up and use the Teleport Station. Select the lower station of Area 5. Take the bottom right door. Move the grapple block to drop down the right side of the room. Use the phase drift and a bomb to find a Missile Expansion.

Go left 2 rooms. Jump up and take the first door on the right. Proceed right 3 rooms. Cross the water and go through the plasma beam door on the right. Use the screw attack to cross the room. Then jump up to find a Missile Expansion.

Use a bomb to drop down. Then use the screw attack to take the door on the right. Defeat the metroid in this room. Return left 3 rooms and take the elevator. Jump up and take the door on the right. Use a bomb in the right wall to fall down and find a Missile Expansion.

Jump back up and use a bomb in the left wall to find a metroid. After defeating it, return through the wall. Drop down and go through the left door. Take the elevator. Fall down and take the bottom left door. Go through the left small space and take the left door. Jump all the way up and destroy the grapple block. Run to the left. Use a bomb in the water to find a Missile Expansion.

Use the grapple beam to go through the left small space. Proceed left 1 more room. Use a bomb to drop down and find a metroid. After defeating it, return to the previous room. Go through the small space, run all the way to the right, drop down, and go through the plasma beam door. Take the elevator. Go right 1 room. Fall down the left side of the room, go through the water, and take the left door. Use a bomb to go through the small space and find a metroid. After defeating it, return through the small space. Proceed right 1 more room. Run right, drop into the water on the far right side, and use the screw attack to reach an Aeion Tank.

Destroy the grapple block to enter the small space. Use a bomb to proceed to the right. Continue through the door on the right. Fall into the water, run to the right, and jump up to find a Missile Expansion.

Jump up and take the door on the right. Proceed right 1 more room. Fall all the way down and go through the bottom right door. Jump up and shoot through the right wall. Step on the switch. Drop all the way down and run to the left. Use the screw attack to find a Super Missile Expansion.

Enter the small space to the right and use a bomb to drop down. Go to the left and destroy the grapple block. Use bombs and missiles to proceed down the lower small spaces to find another grapple block to destroy. Take the elevator. Jump up and run all the way through the left door. Run left and go through the upper small spaces. Take the door on the right. Destroy the grapple block and return to the previous room. Jump all the way up and take the left door. Proceed to the left, jump up, and go through the charge beam door. Use the screw attack to jump up and go through a missile door. After the cutscene, use the screw attack to jump all the way up and go through the right door. Drop down and take the bottom right door. Proceed right 1 more room to find a metroid. After defeating it, return left 3 rooms. Use a bomb to drop through the floor and find a Missile Expansion.

Destroy the grapple block to go left 1 room. Fall down and take the door to the left. Proceed downward and step on the switch. Drop down the right side of the room and go through the small space. Use a missile to jump up and destroy the grapple block. Drop down, run to the right, and use the grapple beam to go up. Proceed upward and take the top left door. Fall through the floor and shoot the left wall to find an Energy Tank.

Climb the left wall and use a bomb to get a Missile Expansion.

Use a bomb to go through the left wall and take the top left door. Proceed left 2 more rooms to encounter a metroid. This one can be damaged by shooting its open mouth with missiles. After defeating it, go right 4 rooms. Fall all the way down and step on the switch. Go through the small space to the left. Run left and enter the small space to the left. Drop down and use a bomb to the left of the save station to enter a hidden small space. Use the phase drift to reach a Missile Expansion.

Proceed downward and use a bomb to enter the small space in the ceiling and get a Missile Expansion.

Drop down and take the door to the left. Activate the phase drift and go left 1 room. Use a bomb in the next room to find a Missile Expansion.

Jump up and take the top left door. Progress to the left. Use a bomb in the top left corner to enter a hidden small space. Drop down and destroy the lower grapple block. Then use the phase drift and grapple beam to move the upper grapple block. Then jump back up the small space and go to the right to get the Aeion Tank.

Run to the right, jump up, and use a bomb in one of the bottom left corners to find a hidden small space. Take the door on the left to encounter Diggernaut. When it moves its head forward, shoot it with missile to deal damage. You can also use the spider ball and bombs to damage its arms. At the end of the battle you'll need to use the spider ball and bombs on the three spots around its head to defeat it. Doing so will give you the Power Bomb.
