Chapter 3: Grappling Beam

Go left through 4 doors. Then jump up through the floor and continue left through the door in the floor. Proceed through the door in the bottom left. Use missiles to defeat the enemies in this room. Then shoot the ceiling to find an Energy Tank.

Return to the previous room and go through the door in the top left corner of the room. Continue left until you reach the elevator and take it down. Drop down from the elevator and take the first door on the right. Continue through the missile door in the top right corner of the room. In the next room, drop down to the bottom of the third gap from the left. In the lava, quickly use a bomb to find a Missile Expansion.

Continue through the super missile door on the right. Go through another door on the right. In this room, run all the way to the right and drop through the floor using bombs. Here you'll find another Missile Expansion.

Jump back up through where you dropped from. In the middle of the room, shoot the floor to drop down again. Then use bombs to keep progressing through the floor. Then go through the door in the floor. Drop all the way down in this room. Then run through 3 doors on the right. In this room, go all the way to the right and roll through the small space with the morph ball. Shoot the ceiling above you and quickly jump up the platforms and go through the door on the left. In this room, jump onto the moving platforms and immediately roll into a ball so they can safely carry you across the room. Proceed through the door on the left.

Jump up the platforms and take the first missile door on the right. Move across the platforms and shoot the blue button to lift the barrier, leading to a Missile Expansion.

Continue to the right and take as little damage on the spikes as possible. Then use a wall jump to go through the missile door on the right. Shoot the Chozo orb to get the Wave Beam.

Return to the previous room and drop down to the spikes. In the bottom left corner, there's a set of spikes you can drop through. Then run through the door on the left. Go all the way up and through the door on the left. Then go through the super missile door in the top right corner of the room.

Shoot the ceiling here to go upward. Proceed through the door on the right. In this room, shoot the ceiling that's right next to the missile door to find a Missile Expansion.

Head through the missile door and shoot the Chozo orb for the Speed Booster.

Run through 2 doors on the left. Then drop through the floor and take the left door. Drop to the lower level of this room and shoot through the middle of the floor again. This time take the left door instead of the one in the floor. Drop into the gap and shoot the floor below you. Then shoot the blue switch to go through the door on the left. Drop all the way down and go through the door in the floor. Go through the door on the right to find an Energy Recharge Station. Return to the previous room and proceed through the door on the left.

Jump up and through the first door on the right to find a Save Station. Return to the previous room and drop through the super missile door in the floor to encounter the next boss, Crocomire.

The only way to defeat Crocomire is to push him toward the lava on the right. To do so, shoot him with a charge beam whenever he opens his mouth, which will cause him to retreat. After enough times, he'll fall into the lava. Then follow his air bubbles to the left side of the room where his skeleton will destroy the spiked wall.

Continue through the door on the left. Then drop down and take the door on the right for a Save Station. Return to the previous room and use the platform to go through the missile door in the top left corner of the room. Here you'll find the Power Bomb.

Return to the previous room and go through the door in the floor. Then go down and take the first missile door on the right. Proceed all the way to the right to find a Missile Expansion.

Go through the left door. Then drop down through the door in the floor. In this room use a power bomb to clear all the rocks. Then go all the way to the right and use the Speed Booster to run the left. As soon as you're on the ramp, jump up and to the right, then use a wall jump against the wall to reach a Missile Expansion.

Drop back down and use the speed boost to jump off the ramp again, this time jumping left across the room. Go through the door and shoot the Chozo orb to get the Grappling Beam.
