Chapter 4: X-Ray Scope

Jump up the platforms on the left side and use the grappling beam to go through the door on the right. Proceed through the next door on the right. Jump up and use the grappling beam to go through the door on the right. Use the grappling beam to cross the water and then use a super missile on the green button to lift the barrier.

Go through the door on the right and then through the door in the ceiling. Proceed through the door in the top right corner of the room. Then use the grappling hook to cross the lava and find an Energy Tank.

Go through the door in the ceiling. Then move all the way up and go through the door on the left. Use the grappling hook to cross the pit and find a Missile Expansion.

Use a super missile on the green button. Go through the left door and then all the way up to the elevator. Take the elevator up to go back to Brinstar.

Use a super missile to go through the right wall and then proceed through the door on the right. Drop through the floor, then use bombs to get through the wall on the right and go through the door in the ceiling. Run all the way to the right and then use a power bomb to reveal a Missile Expansion.

Return all the way back to the elevator room and take it down to Norfair.

Drop down from the elevator and go through the super missile door on the left. Use the speed booster to get past the barriers and through the door on the left. Continue through another door on the left. Climb the platforms all the way to the top. Shoot through the floor just in front of the door, then drop down and into the small gap on the right.

Head right through this door and shoot the Chozo orb to get the Ice Beam.

Return to the previous room and go through the bottom right door. Progress through another door on the right. As soon as you enter this room, use a power bomb to drop through the floor. Then go through the door on the left. Immediately shoot the left wall to find a Missile Expansion in the top left corner of the room. Freeze one of the enemies below to create a platform and jump up to the expansion.

Drop all the way down and go through the door on the right. Use the speed booster to run all the way to the right. When you find the doors, jump all the way up and go through the door on the left. Go through the top left door in this room to enter the elevator room. Jump up and go through the second door on the right. Then go through the top right door of this room. Continue through the bottom right door. Progress through one more door to the right.

Jump up and enter the first door on the left to find a Save Station. Return to the previous room and use the ice beam to freeze the flying enemies and go through the super missile door in the top left corner of the room. In here, you'll find a Missile Expansion.

Use a bomb in the bottom left corner of the lava to create a lift where you can enter a small space in the wall on the left.

Go through the door on the left and then proceed all the way through this room to find the Reserve Tank.

Shoot the small platform that's immediately to the right of the Reserve Tank to find a Missile Expansion.

Go through 2 doors on the right. Drop down and go through the 2nd door on the left. Continue all the way to left until you return to the elevator room. Then take it back up to Brinstar.

Go through 6 doors on the left. Then use the ice beam to freeze the flying enemies and use them as platforms to go up. Continue going all the way up in this room and shoot through the floor to go through the door in the top right corner.

Proceed through 1 door on the right. Then shoot through the floor and go through the super missile door in the bottom left corner of the room. Shoot the Chozo orb in this room for a Power Bomb Expansion.

Use a power bomb to destroy the wall on the left and get the Missile Expansion.

Return to the previous room. Go up and take the first door on the right for a Save Station. Go back to the previous room. Then go up and take the first super missile door on the left. Run all the way to the left and use a power bomb to destroy the floor. Drop through to find a Power Bomb Expansion.

Return to the previous room. Then drop down and use a power bomb to go through the orange hatch door on the left. Continue through another door on the left. Then drop all the way down through the floor and go through the power bomb door on the left.

Use the grappling beam to cross all the spikes and take the missile door on the left. Use a bomb to activate the lift into the small space, then go left. Shoot the Chozo orb to get the X-Ray Scope.
